One of the most magical qualities that Santa possesses is the ability to deliver presents to the entire world in one night. He does this by being in multiple places at once, and that’s one of the keys to being a successful event planner.
Successful event planners will be able to almost magically multitask both making sure the venue is decorated correctly, the food is going to be catered on time, and the speakers are ready to head on stage on cue. Tapping into Saint Nick’s ability to multi-task will allow you to be the best event planner you can be.
2. He’s Always Jolly
Have you ever seen Santa complain? Have you ever seen him with a frown or a scowl because he’s been planning, working and even losing sleep all for one day of the year?
No. You need to take on the spirit of Santa and convey nothing but joy and and happiness no matter what is happening or how hard you are working. That happiness will result in a more pleasurable experience for your attendees and a better event overall.
